Adam Swain

Hospitality and Catering Lecturer

I began my time in the Hospitality industry when I did a YTS course at the age of 17. I gained my Professional Cookery qualifications working in a French brasserie, progressing to head chef by the age of 23. Later, I retrained and attended university where I achieved a HNC in Environmental Health and a Certificate in Education before moving into teaching at an SEN college. After 10 years, I made the move into mainstream FE where I have delivered various courses from E3 up to Level 3 and apprenticeships at Level 2 and 3.
