• A good level of English and Maths is required, for example GCSEs at Grade A*-D

If you successful complete this course, you will receive a Level 2 certificate in Lean Organisation Management Techniques NCFE Cache

• Gain understanding of the concept of a lean environment

• Learn how to implement a productivity needs analysis

• Learn about continuous improvement techniques and the principles and techniques of workplace organisation

• Understand what makes an effective team

• Understand what makes an effective team leader

• Level 2 Certificate in Principles of Team Leading

• Level 2 Certificate in Understanding Business Improvement Techniques

This course is free if you are on an income related benefit, or you are on a low income (a household income of less than £20,817 or an independent income of £12,400).
