West Lancashire College invites parents and carers to an Information Evening on Tuesday 25th June 2024, from 4.30pm until 7pm. This event is for those who have children applied or are considering applying to join the college this September.

The college believe that working together with parents/carers is key to their students’ success, and with this in mind, the event will offer parent/carers the support and information required to ensure their child has a seamless transition into post-16 education.

At the event, parent/carers will be able to talk to the dedicated support and teaching staff at the college about a variety of topics: next steps, when the child will enrol, transport to and from college, student support, financial support, enrichment, trips and visits, additional learning support, uniform, kit and equipment requirements, as well as subject information.

There is also an opportunity to hear from the Vice Principal of West Lancashire College, Gareth Sutton, as he will be delivering a welcome presentation at 5pm and 6pm in the college’s Hope Theatre.

Attendees are welcome to call into the college anytime between 4.30pm and 7pm. Places can be booked through the college’s Eventbrite page and for any questions prior to the event, please contact the team directly on 01695 52300 or enquiries@westlancs.ac.uk
