Exciting developments in the NCG Online Learning division have brought the unveiling of their NCFE Level 3 Award in Education and Training course. This new opportunity will be available for adult learners and is designed for those who are new to teaching, training or facilitating learning in the further education and skills sector! Their first learning cohort starts on the 17th of May.
The programme provides a flexible and accessible introduction to teaching, offering learners a strong foundation from which to progress into more advanced teacher-training pathways. The 12-week course, awarded by NCFE, acts as a stepping stone into professional roles across further education, adult learning, apprenticeships and private training organisations.
NCG Online Learning has a long-established record of supporting adult learners to achieve their ambitions, with more than 10,000 individuals having completed training across subjects including Digital, Business, Health and Social Care, and Early Years. Many learners choose to return for further study, highlighting the quality and accessibility of the learning experience.
As part of NCG’s commitment to widening participation and supporting skills development across communities, the launch of this programme reinforces the organisation’s dedication to providing adults with opportunities to retrain, upskill and progress into rewarding careers.
The Level 3 Award in Education and Training is available through both fully funded and self‑funded options, depending on government funding eligibility. The Admissions Team is available to advise prospective applicants on funding routes and course requirements.
“We’re proud to launch this programme and support adults who want to take the next step in their teaching or training career,” said Debbie Fennell, Director at NCG Online. She added “You’ll be supported throughout as you develop into an effective, reflective educator - and you can begin putting your learning into practice from day one.”
