Beauty Therapy Level 3 students recently welcomed Jayne from Dermalogica UK to campus for an inspiring training session as part of the Dermalogica Aspire Programme.
The visit gave students the opportunity to participate in specialist training and explore Dermalogica's online learning platform, which is designed to support continuing professional development within the beauty industry. Through interactive discussions and practical guidance, student gained valuable insight into the latest industry practices, professional standards and career development opportunities.
The Dermalogica Aspire Programme aims to bridge the gap between education and employment by providing student with access to industry-leading knowledge and resources. During the session, students were introduced to a range of tools and learning materials that will help them further develop their skills and confidence as they prepare for their future careers.
Experiences such as these form an important part of our Beauty Therapy curriculum, ensuring students benefit from direct engagement with employers and leading brands within the sector. The training provided an excellent opportunity for students to enhance their professional techniques, broaden their industry knowledge and gain a greater understanding of the expectations of working within the beauty and wellbeing industry.
