Electrical StudentElectrical was the right course for me as I wanted to study a trade and felt it was the best career option for my future. The course is very hands-on, which I really enjoy, and the facilities are excellent, giving me plenty of time in the workshop to develop my skills. I also make use of the free college transport, which makes getting to and from college easy and cost-free. I think this course is a great option for anyone wanting to go into the construction industry, as there are plenty of job opportunities for electricians and it offers a strong earning potential. On my days off, I work for a property management company as a labourer to gain work experience. This will enhance my CV and help me when applying for job roles once I am qualified. Once fully qualified, I hope to gain employment straight away and begin my career in the electrical industry.
