West Lancashire College invite members of the local community to their Open Event on Monday 2nd February from 4.30pm until 7pm.
As an award-winning institution, West Lancashire College offers a wide variety of courses, including Vocational, Technical, T Levels, Apprenticeships, and Advanced Level 3 qualifications, all designed to help students connect their learning to future careers.
Guests attending the event will have the chance to explore the College’s state-of-the-art facilities, including newly upgraded digital suites, a realistic hospital ward for Health and Social Care students, and a fully equipped simulated primary classroom for those studying Early Years Education. Visitors can also experience a range of specialist learning spaces, such as the School of Science, the Advanced Construction & Engineering Centre, the Sports Massage suite, and The Hair & Beauty Lounge.
In addition to discovering the breadth of courses on offer, guests can take part in hands-on activities hosted by curriculum teams and speak with business staff about the wide range of exciting wrap around support available.
Throughout the evening, Student Ambassadors will guide visitors around the campus, while support staff will provide information about the free College coach service for students travelling from Liverpool, Southport, Ormskirk, and Wigan.
