• Willing to engage in work placements and develop employability skills

• English and Maths (where appropriate)
• Independent travel training
• Personal and social development
• Health and safety in the workplace
• Understanding employer expectations
• Sector-specific skills aligned to work placement

Upon successful completion of the course, you will achieve a Supported Internship Award in Employability Skills Level 2

• Ongoing observation and feedback in the workplace
• Portfolio of evidence
• Tutor and employer assessments
• Reviews and target-setting to monitor progress
