If you successfully complete this course, you will receive a VTCT Level 1 Certificate in Introduction to the Hospitality Industry

• Food service
• Basic food preparation
• Cooking, preparing and serving drinks
• Customer service

• Work in our state-of-the-art training kitchens
• Fantastic facilities, including The Works restaurant
• Taught by industry experts
• Onside and external work experience
• Skills competitions, including inter college competitions and World Skills UK

• Practical observations
• Simulated tasks 

Upon successful completion of this course, students can progress onto Professional Cookery Studies Level 2
