If you successfully complete this course, you will receive a VTCT Diploma in Food, Beverage and Professional Cookery Studies Level 2

• The Catering and Hospitality Industry
• Food and safety hygiene in the kitchen
• Planning and preparing for service
• Preparation of meat, fish and vegetable dishes
• Pastry and bakery products

• Work in our state-of-the-art training kitchens
• Fantastic facilities, including The Works restaurant
• Taught by industry experts
• Onside and external work experience
• Skills competitions, including inter college competitions and World Skills UK

• Practical observations
• Simulated tasks 

Upon successful completion of the course, students may wish to progress to Entry in Employment, Higher Education including Degree Apprenticeship or an Apprenticeship.

If you are 16-18 years old, you do not have to pay course tuition fees*.
