This April, our Year 1 Business Studies students are taking part in a charity walk in support of the Loss Foundation. On Friday 23rd April, the students will take part in a sponsored walk around the Campus in Skelmersdale to raise money for the charity.
This fabulous organisation is the only UK charity dedicated solely to providing bereavement support following the loss of a loved one to cancer. They have also recently expanded their support to those who have lost loved ones to Covid-19.
They offer bereavement support groups amongst other supportive social environments; they are also currently offering online support events.
The students have also ensured the event is safe and have put measures in place for Covid-19.
