We sat down with Level 3 Sports student, Tudor, to see his plans for the future and how the College has helped him on the way.

"I have really enjoyed studying on the Level 3 Sports and Exercise Science course. I have a great relationship with the tutors and my favourite topic to cover is the Talent ID and Development. Talent ID involves identifying talent in athletes and players, for example looking at things such as statistics and then scouting. It is also looking at things such as behaviours of athletes and being able to assess them based on these factors.

I have been accepted at Manchester Metropolitan University to do a Sports and Business Management degree and alongside my studies, I will work part time for a Football Agency. Coming to college and doing the ESOL has really helped me in getting this job, as I can now speak 4 different languages. I have been at college for 3 years now and started on ESOL, I then went onto Level 2 Sport, and then onto my Level 3 Sport and Exercise Science. As well as this, I have completed my First Aid and Fitness Instructor Qualifications which will benefit me in the future."
